These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Project Salton Sea website, services, and events (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using our website or attending our events, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent where required) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, accounts, or systems.
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user who violates these Terms or engages in behavior that we determine to be harmful, unsafe, or disruptive.

4. Tickets, Bookings & Event Attendance

If you purchase tickets, book services, or register for events through our website or partners:
- All sales, prices, and availability are subject to our event and ticketing policies, which may include separate terms.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information when making bookings or purchases.
- Certain tickets or passes (including ADA-related wristbands or credentials) may be subject to additional rules and verification requirements.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who violates event rules, engages in unsafe behavior, or fails to comply with staff instructions.

Please review any event-specific rules, ADA/Accessibility policies, and on-site signage, as they form part of your agreement when attending our events.

5. ADA & Accessibility

We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for guests with disabilities. Our ADA/Accessibility policies, including rules for ADA wristbands, companion access, mobility devices, ADA viewing areas, and accessible parking, are described on our ADA/Accessibility page.

By using ADA services, you agree to comply with those policies, including any verification requirements. Misuse of ADA accommodations, falsifying disability status, or violating ADA rules may result in loss of access to ADA services and/or removal from the event without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and in our Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and design—is owned by or licensed to Project Salton Sea and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Services without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use that complies with these Terms.

7. User Content

If you submit, upload, or share any content with us (such as messages, feedback, reviews, or media):
- You represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving our Services.
- We may remove or refuse any content that we consider inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services & Links
